how many times have we heard it when we watch a drama serial? how many times we have uttered things like that? i just went through the last episode of a show with my family making all this kind of comments every few minutes.
"where got police leave the place so fast wan"
"where got so qiao wan?"
"such a stupid show."
so why watch it? hmm... so many times we judge so fast... but never stop to think. would you have written a better script? why dont you try? go write one. how much effort is put into producing these drama serials for our entertainment and yet we criticise it like mad. as long as something doesnt go our way, we say the ending is really bad, or it was a bad show.
the irony in it all is how we follow the series so closely despite all the loopholes and bad things about it. so now what?
i guess these shows truly bring out the human nature in us, to criticise and criticise and never think of applauding the script writer for even giving thought to the plot such that there would be only tt much loopholes and not more.if i were to write a script, no one would watch it.
sometimes we truly have to think before criticising. true, the shows may not reflect reality.. but if you want reality, den dont watch tv. cause everything on tv is glamourised and fiction. even national geographic is not accurate. it glamourises alot of things. so face it. tv and reality never come together. how real can reality shows get? how natural can you be living with a camera following you 24/7 and you are aware that watever you do is being shown on tv? News being real? but you dont ever get the whole picture do you? think about it.
if you want to watch tv, just shut up and watch. stop those criticisms. the tv wont respond. and you will just irritate the ppl around you with your pessimism.
criticism of someone doesnt make you look better than tt person. it brings out your bad side.
